IS-C2000 is a high-capacity fully automatic Intelligent stock that can automatically control the reel in and reel out, adopting the first in and first out principle to ensure timely use of materials. The IS-C2000 is mainly used to store 7-inch reels with a thickness≤12mm. The machine has a small footprint and high space utilization rate. The machine can be optionally connected to customer’s MES. Customers can use MES to control the reel in and reel out on the intellignet stock.

| ● WMS software(Optional): Warehouse management software is a web-based warehouse processing system (WMS) that provides professional, flexible, efficient, and accurate electronic material management functions. If the customer doesn’t have MES, they can purchase WMS software+server to independently use Intellignet tower. ● Warehouse management software can be customized to connects to customer’s ERP / MES production system, provides convenient fuzzy search function, rich management report, first-in first-out, end-of-day management, material optimal calculation and multi-warehouse classification, material distribution by station, continuous work order etc. |
