What is dry cabinet and how it works?
In the Electronics Manufacturing Industry, it has a wide usage area for storing Moisture Sensitive Components (MSDs) and PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) in a moisture-free environment. The rising process temperatures with the transition to lead-free soldering create a threat to components and PCBs. The moisture inside the electronic components entering the SMD Reflow Soldering Ovens evaporates suddenly at high temperatures and tries to get out of the component with pressure and causing malfunctions such as cracking, swelling, delamination, and popcorn effect. According to IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 Joint Industry Standard moisture sensitive devices (MSDs) should be stored in a moisture-free environment.
We provide smart storage solutions for drying,the dry cabinets are fully auto dry cabinet designed to be stable at 5%RH（standard), 1-10% fast dehumidifying with N2 module without adjustment according to the J-STD-0 33D standard for moisture sensitive SMT components (MSL 3)
Our Dry cabinets are modular designed (body, power bloc, display with probe, dryer, shelves,...) this allow to easily change or replace the cabinet configuration.
