● X/Y axis adopt Panasonic AC servo-motors and Japan made ball screw and guide rials, which ensures higher mounting speed and long service life. |
● Six independent spindles with high speed serial communicaiton and light head structure ,ensure the mounting stablity. |
● On the fly image recognition technology maximizes the part placement speed by minimizing the time to move between the pickup position and placement position and by reducing the recognition time to almost zero. |
● Automatic nozzle changing function maximizes the part placement speed. |
● 1500mm mounting platform supporting 2 section independent mounting process to minimize the PCB exchanging time. |
● Intelligent software automatically optimize the nozzle and feeder distribution and mounting route to maximize the mounting speed , easy to operate. |
● Equipped with vacuum pump to ensures the stable picking and placing process and reduce the air consumption in factory. |
