4. Top cooling zone / without bottom cooling zone.

5. Flux Recovery  system for air reflow oven.

Standard Nuflow N2 reflow oven includes:

1. Mesh belt + guide rail conveyor, guide rail width adjusted by manually pushing button.

2. Pin chain with auto lubricating system.

3. Top heating zone, bottom heating zone, cooling zone independently controlled by 3 inverter.

4. Top cooling zone and bottom cooling zone.

5. Flux Recovery  system for N2 reflow oven.

6. UPS

7. N2 flow meter + oxgen analyzer+water chiller.

8. Nitrogen is only filled into the reflow soldering area, with only one sampling port and one oxygen analyzer.

 

Optional configuration:
